Refund Policy

At Antwebs, we strive to deliver top-quality web development services to meet your needs. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we have outlined our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Initial Consultation and Planning Phase:
    • If the project is canceled within 14 days from the date of signing the contract, you are eligible for a 100% refund, provided no development work has commenced.
  2. Design Phase:
    • If the project is canceled after the 14-day window but before the design phase is completed, a 50% refund will be provided for payments made.
    • Once the design phase has been completed and approved, no refunds will be available for this part of the service.
  3. Development Phase:
    • If the project is in the development phase (i.e., after design approval), no refunds will be provided for the work completed up to that point.
    • Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed if the project is canceled.
  4. Post-Launch and Maintenance:
    • Once the website has been fully developed, launched, and delivered, no refunds will be offered.
    • Ongoing maintenance and support services will be subject to the terms agreed upon during the service agreement and are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If delays are caused due to a lack of communication or responsiveness from the client.
  • For any additional work outside the original scope of the project.
  • For changes in the project after the final approval of designs or development stages.
